What's the next country you want to visit?

This question is particularly relevant right now, so it's as good a place as any to start with my first blog post. I'm going to Rome for a trip with my archtitecture studio. Reinhold Martin is organizing the studio around the concept of 'empty form' and capital-A architecture, so we're going to Italy and try to cut it off meaning in architectural form at the root. The architecture agenda will largely be taken care of, so I'm currently more concerned about other aspects of the trip, like where to eat. Anyone have good recommendations for food and espresso in Rome?
